hokai, so, just made this one today and finished it this afternoon, woooohhh!!! rush to the highest level, lols, hehe made this one for irenes friend who's gonna cosplay as hibari kyouya from katekyo hitman reborn. XD

a very short explanation on how i made this tonfa

its really all in the trick. to make it short, i used two diff size of pvc pipe, (size refers to the diameter of the hole) one 1/2" and one 3/4"
then i used the 1/2 for the interiors, then i cut the 3/4 to smaller size which is what u see as the segmented parts of the tonfa.
then i used a "T" joint (that's the black part where the handle is connected) and stick them all up with some adhesive.
put some cover for the end of the pipes by using small strips of illustration board, and add up silver and black paint and there you have it! ^.^
